is was closed for 2 months renovations when we checked in so had a wasted journey n disappointed kids
however the wifi was very poor in our rooms which caused big issues for our three kids
the welcome, service and kids afternoon tea was fabulous. staff were so helpful and lovely.
while we were there we had dinner for 2 adults 2 kids, everyone was so please, food not full of salt or garlic
was extremely noisy, kids were running up and down the hall at all hours of the night

couldn t park at the reception area because someone marked it off so that a vip could let their kids draw with

great hotel staff were so helfull kids club was great my girls love it we be back again
loved that the dome was right next door for the kids

it s roadside location is not very suitable for young kids.
they also had great facilities for kids at christmas time and made sure my 4 year old niece was entertained

a lovely stay very comfortable and with 2 grandkids it was exceptional we all loved it
we ordered room service as kids were cranky and it was outstanding service and food was delicious
we got a conjoined room as we had our 3 kids with us
