they also had great facilities for kids at christmas time and made sure my 4 year old niece was entertained

good location with onsite parking. nice clean spacious and comfortable room. lovely bar area

very friendly and helpful staff and breakfast was class
the door to the kitchen was congested with staff making up room service orders and diners trying to access the
breakfast was amazing! such a spread and choice, everything we tasted was delicious!

wifi wasn't that good and for me - coming in to work wasn't strong enough so i went out for
night staff was rude and when we phoned for room service (5 or 6 times) he constantly pretended he couldnt hear
the library bar was quite relaxing and the breakfast was lovely

we had a faucet issue in my kids room, but they took care of it very quickly and moved them to a new room still
not a place to stay if you are a vegetarian - plenty of read meat on the menu- nothing healthy on kids menu

defeats the purpose of having a family room because you want your kids to sleep
my kids loved the music outside and it sent them off to sleep
