the pool for kids is in another building which is a little awkward
i'm glad we didn't have any kids with us - but they could easily put in a crazy golf or playground for families
its not fair on the kids they have employed to provide a 5 star service

loved it - food was fab - breakfast divine - and staff so friendly the kids club staff were so kind and professional

they put us different floor from the kids.
we had the last room on the hallway, so unfortunately, we had to leave the room to get wifi.
the contactless entry was simple even with only having wifi. location was good.
room was too small with our suitcases and wifi was only good in the hallway.
stayed on room 005 and the wifi signal was so weak that our phones kept switching back to our mobile network

30am approx kids/ teenagers were running up and down the hall and woke us up

the beautiful reception area with the fireplace decorated and fire lighting, even though it s not a real fire

there is so much to do for the kids, he didn't want to leave
comfortable beds and pillows great food and excellent staff wonderful place for young kids there well catered
