i called every week up until our booking to find out about the pool since i have 2 small kids, 7&4 years old to make sure we would be able to use it and they explained the pool had a max

noisy guests and kids running the hallways after 10pm

from the thursday till tuesday and in that time the bar and resturant were shut for 3 days

fitness center and tv

large room, large bathroom. clean common areas. nice indoor pool and fitness center.

no on demand movies for kids and no channel guide on tv so there was no way to know what was on

breakfast came as ordered and service was prompt.

they also had 2 ev charges ( level2) which was great to recharge overnight

only thing i wish i could change was the bar staying open a little later and adding a hot

when i decided to stay another night but the same room type was unavailable, and when i requested late check out

my kids loved the water park and pool

water park, food from sharkland, staff was pleasant and many activities to do

jacuzzi, sunbelts along the sea, fire pit and a great 2 levels suite with a fully equipped kitchen

the drain in the kitchen sink was not connected tightly and leaked

liked-- the staff and the landscaping, outside patio was nice, pool was nice but could have been picked up a little better, hot tub was great, lots of lounge

private beach, lounge chairs, pool and jacuzzi were fabulous

parking lot was full when i returned from dinner and had to park elsewhere

nice clean hotel with good sized rooms and ample parking.

the tennis club facilities were excellent, although we had no time to try the golf club
