the pools, loved the comfortness of the rooms staff were excellent

needed extra pillows and towels - very quick room service for that .

parking was super close to the room which made it easy for unloading, and it was super cute that

husband was not happy with the guy that was in the pool area on friday night

no on demand movies for kids and no channel guide on tv so there was no way to know what was on

lobby has a small complimentary tea and coffee station, and a snack bar you can purchase from

the breakfast that was included was as expected in a hotel, good but not great

also room was very noisy near laundry room

so close to a lot of places where we can take the kids to see the sights, especially the boats

other than that my kids were disappointed that the indoor pool is seasonal

pool did close early though

one pool at a time can be open

the sofa bed on which my kids slept was a bit on the small side for 2 kids (narrow).

were incredibly kind and very proactive in making sure we were taken care of, fires were lit, the kids had s'mores sticks and hot chocolate

will excitedly return w the kids for a more rustic experience

they also had 2 ev charges ( level2) which was great to recharge overnight

breakfast was great and the location was good.

bar looked beautiful as did the restaurant,

i liked the option of having an indoor pool in case it rained

maybe start breakfast a little earlier? i really can't think of anything.
