the main pool is very crowded, and the bar staff seemed a bit harassed at times

plus access to cape cod national golf

the tennis club facilities were excellent, although we had no time to try the golf club

cozy bar and the bartender steve was brilliant

resort is silty and not very appealing although they do take you to a much nicer beach by boat shuttle

beds were great, the beach and pool were wonderful

is a small kitchen, but it was not stocked with general use items - like some glasses, plates or silverware

little offered for kitchen ette at least a toaster

table and chairs at the foot of the bed , kitchenette not supplied with anything, just a few paper plates

private beach, lounge chairs, pool and jacuzzi were fabulous

super friendly staff, nice and clean heated pool, pool view was also with sea view from the second floor, the place is nice and well maintained

i wish the pool was open later.

parking spaces can be limited.

this place it has everything we need a beach a pool and pleasant rooms

parking at times was not great had to park across the street but really wasn't a deal breaker just

they also had 2 ev charges ( level2) which was great to recharge overnight

great stay, clean, professional staff. indoor heated pool just needs to be a little warm.

when i decided to stay another night but the same room type was unavailable, and when i requested late check out

breakfast was excellent, great selection of cereal, eggs, breads ect

just the presence of the gym

the pool was lovely and clean, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was nice, convenient parking

kids, not on beach, average over $300 a night, some staff are rude (eg my daughter picked up the spa thermometer and was instantly scolded by the front desk lady who must have been looming to

great staff, especially maria, cleaning person, breakfast, view out back, gym, pool

continental breakfast should have been included in the price.

the biggest issue, however, was lack of monitoring the usage of the 3 available parking spaces for handicapped persons

the bathroom near the pool was very dirty and then locked during our trip so my little kids had to walk all the way back to the room each time they had to use it

was very clean and everyone has there own privacy next to a bunch of restaurants and kids entertainment every night we would walk to downtown it was amazing the staff were pretty good

the only thing we didn’t like was all the amenities were closed even the indoor pool which we had hoped would still be open

spa pool and kids running- reported and no one ever did anything

the water park was amazing! and the holiday decorations were a really nice touch.

the staff was not the friendliest and we had an issue with room service.

and trash left outside people's room who obviously had room service till the next day still sitting by their door

our view was the parking lot and was a maze from our room to the water park, confusing to get there

ordered room service and no one picked up our tray and empty plates so we put it back in our room

parking, very clean, very friendly staff

the swimming pool excellent and the entire domain well maintained

not close enough to beach, parking and expensive.

attached restaurant and bar also very nice, good new england fare

no pool bar. had to travel to a different zip code to get a coctail.
