were lucky and got a parking space, first saw this hotel on four in a bed , chris and jake were really nice people and

staff were really helpful and accommodating throughout especially for the kids.

i booked this hotel because they welcome dogs and because there was ev chargers near the door, unfortunately this was a little premature, they had yet to be connected

only downer was that the sofa bed (for the kids) wasn t particularly comfortable but they slept ok in the end and we asked for an extra (-) very busy with kids running around in reception (not hotels fault), very noisy and busy on arrival and queued (-)sofa bed they set up for the kids was terrible - the mattress was the lumpiest ever so they didn t sleep well (+)close location and nice breakfast. kids area was nice too (-) i told the acting manager who told me it was meant for kids (-)of the room was kids sweets under the bed dust all over the worktops and chair neighbours were very noisy didn t

they charge for room service on top of the food.

room service tried to unlock the door whilst me and my partner were in bed, which was such an

size comfortable family room good ev charging lovely setting with great drive way, kids felt like they were visiting a castle

shame we couldn't of enjoyed the beds abit longer for a lie in bur due to kids swim time and breakfast we had to get up quite early to fit both in

the breakfast menu was splendid and i had eggs benedict, which was

was construction going on so weren t able to use the pool/spa facilities which was a shame, and when ordering room service after hours we received a pizza

wifi was temperamental. connection was not very good and kept dropping out or not connecting.

we weren't given a wifi password so don't know if there was one or not

location was nice, views were lovely, car park was large and had ev chargers.

to answer telephone calls during the evening when there was a disturbance in the corridor; 2 of 3 ev chargers not working; room poorly maintained with broken door fittings, thermostat not secured
