family stay lady on desk was welcoming and noticed we were flying to the north pole she gave the kids a warm cookie

the wifi was quite expensive which i didn t expect.

the staff were truly exceptional as were their efforts to cater to kids.

hotel has on prem ev charging stations which was a great plus and the staff were very friendly and

very near terminal 1 easy parking checking in & out easy ev charging wish i d known

the late check out (1200) (+)for the marathon it was a 5 min walk from the finish the hotel had loads on and had a comp late check (-) on the morning of my sons graduation, i requested a late check out for 2pm to ease the pressure on us (+) late check out of 12 noon was (-) the reception staff deal with customer not more friendly not allowed any late check out , when i late 5 minutes the staff coming knocking and open the door immediately and

about our stay was excellent, the food in the restaurant and the breakfast in the morning was both excellent

friendly staff, comfortable beds we stayed in for a while and enjoyed hand made cocktails, great bar staff also enjoyed breakfast upon the last stay great all
