biggest hotel gym i’ve ever seen

excellent breakfast! loved the vibe, comfy spaces and gorgeous books everywhere!

modern hotel with very good breakfast on the outskirts of san sebastián within walking distance of the old town and beach

having a private room and the facility to use a kitchen was very practical and exceptionally good value

nothing really. would've been nice to have some tea options in the kitchen area

we were travelling with two kids and stayed here for one night before getting a ferry from bilbao

in a beautiful garden, silent, modern rooms, liked it very much, stayed in junior suit with 2 kids, comfortable

it is beautifully decorated, our room was very comfortable, the gym is small but well-appointed, and the staff was helpful

spots looked a little frayed and aging, no onsite restaurant although room service was decent

the spa is awesome and sand breakfast is with good food, lot of option and cheap for the quality

room was large and comfortable, and the hotel’s decor and facilities are modern— spa, pool, meeting rooms

were very friendly and did a fantastic job helping us with pintxos bar recommendations, area directions, and navigating the james bond-like underground parking

street noise was loud but sound machine for the kids worked fine.

it can be quite crazy outside due to the bar at the corner, but it's still a wonderful stay.

it has small gym although better say a couple of cardio machines and some

clean rooms, fridge in room, gym downstairs was good with dbs up to 20, trx straps on wall, box and 3 pieces of cardio kit

the wifi connection was intermittent and bad. the door to our room was very difficult to open

we asked at the bar for some extra still water for the room and got charged €5 for two small bottles

also, it would be nice to be able to order drinks from the pool, that would suit the overall experience of this amazing place well

reception and most (apart from one waitress) restaurant and bar staff super helpful and attentive, peaceful surroundings but close to the town of san sebastian

pool didn’t work, restaurant have poor menu and quality not so good

pricing model for minibar and room service is way out of line, 25% surcharge for anything in the room

this hotel also holds the record for the quickest laundry service that we have ever experienced over decades of travel, almost defying the laws of

we only wish it had an outdoor pool for the summers then we would never leave

it didn't have an outdoor pool area with sunbeds - there is an indoor pool, but i think you had to pay extra to use it as it

a comprehensive and tasty breakfast was provided with a large variety of choices
