it was a quirky property in a good location. the ev charges were a plus.

parking too far

family friendly atmosphere beautiful location and the entertainer staff were brilliant with the kids

easy parking. but a bit of a walk to the hotel

we had a family room which was great and the kids loved the beanbag chair too

access to bar and food. clean bedding and towels and very quiet area

also, when i checked in i was hoping to get an early check in - which the staff really tried their best to assist me with and got in no problems

the hotel bar was perfect for what we all wanted

also, there was no restaurant or bar facilities and no toiletries for the

the restaurant and bar are very tastefully decorated as are the rooms

bar and restaurant are a nice addition but i only visited the bar a few times but service was good

beautiful building, lovely staff, very comfortable rooms and lovely bar with great food

the bar area had a great range of draught beer

were unbelievably friendly and accommodated late check out needs which was hugely appreciated

we were able to get plugged into the one type 2 ev charger which was free to use so were able to fully charge our car overnight

no tv lounge, only 1 ev charger

spoke to hotel management and they may now consider replacing it with more modern ev charger(s) as more and more people are using the faculty these days

use of the ev charger very reasonable and easy to use

comfortable huge bed, spacious living area kitchen was really well equipped and breakfast ingredients were plentiful

lovely compact kitchen

perfect base for work, comfortable bed, good wifi, parking, good cooking facilities.

and there were no bin liners for the kitchen bin

all i can say is wow the hotel staff were exceptional in there customer hospitality food in the bar was

wifi in hotels is always a pain to login to and sketchy at best, in 2025 it should be simpler to

great layout, good food, great staff, nice outside seating, ev chargers that were easy to use

some miscommunication over the ev chargers but quickly resolved

they have recently added ev charging points which is essential now in hotels of this calibre

the car park was full on arrival with a non-electric vehicle parked in the ev charger

thank you to the staff for getting an ice vehicle moved out of one of the two ev charging spots to allow me to charge my car

the location was ideal and the fact it has an ev charger was great

the bar is really well stocked and a delightful bartender added to the experience

hotel rooms were lovely and cocktail bar was really nice

kids stay free with paying adult which made for great value stay
