i spoke to was positive and friendly, the additional feature i looked for in this booking was ev charging and this was perfect

only one ev charge point and several cars needing a charge - could use some more please

chose the hotel for its ev charging facilities, so we could charge up overnight

staff are great rooms clean and comfortable plenty of parking

rang room service for a cup that was missing and it took another call over the phone

we were given a complimentary breakfast and late check out as a way of apology which was not expected but very gratefully received

the lodge is clean and comfortable, the ev charger in this location was also a welcomed

the location is not far from amenities. good car parking. large lounge with comfortable sofa's.

the kids slept really well and we had lots of space

an arch and within room was divided into 2 parts making it look like 2 bedroom which was ideal as kids were not in your face

had everything we needed good location and liked that it had a mcdonald's next door which the kids were happy

to ibis budget hotel for new years eve and went to nye bassfest,good value for money and offer a breakfast in the morning aswel which we atteneded at 11 which the staff kindly let us have despite

very clean nice place kids like it

they are very relaxing and also the facilities were excellent they had a games room swimming pool and

better than most adults, but he wasn’t allowed in the adult section of the pool, and the kids area wasn’t appropriate for his level

didn't know there was free wifi and to be honest i didn't look , they also took into account that i had a room far away from

everything comfortable clean and the spa area is lovely
