easy parking next to the cottage, and little outdoor space and table to enjoy the sunshine

a small kitchen would have been nice too so we could wash cups etc but we had to do this in bathroom

no kitchen or fridge

the so called upgrade had no terrace,was on the main road and the kitchen was poorly equipped

think the lack of a kitchen is a big negative

there is plenty of parking, and the check in staff were very friendly

the bar staff day and night were first class and breakfast was excellent very quick service

hotel room was basic but perfect for what we needed and onsite facilities were fantastic for our kids and we spent more time on hotel premises than expected

it was a quirky property in a good location. the ev charges were a plus.

sure what animals they were but was nice to see, staff were helpful , shops were nice , plenty of parking and electric vehicle charging points

kids rather upset couldn t visit the gift shops as went round the animal park n had meal in

next morning went to kids play area fully energised

was 2 problems which kept it from being a 10/10, one of which being the wifi we found it difficult to get onto and therefore had to use 4g during our time
