wifi is dreadful. intermittent at best. still only one lift working - that's about 2 years now!

were not many staff for room service , the receptionist had to bring the stuff by her self

had to buy an extra room for kids

beds were very uncomfortable and the noise was terrible kids running up and down the corridor all night

accessibility to airport and friendlly staff. plus best breaded mushrooms ever via room service!

gym was well

spa was very good and well equipped with shower gel and lockers with keys

room service was excellent and staff very friendly

health suite was good too - surprisingly good gym for a hotel, with lots of equipment

staff are very friendly and very attentive , a lovely public bar and very friendly locals

the staff were incredibly friendly and very kindly gave us an early check in as we had a wedding to attend nearby

pleasant and professional staff helpful with early check in as we were getting dressed for a

enjoyed our breakfast, the swimming pool and the staff were extra friendly especially to the kids

food was fantastic, and the room service staff excellent, was trying to get over jet lag so didn't do much but rest and try and

a few weeks ahead of visit and could not get the spa treatment requested , fully booked up which was disappointing as it was a treat for my husbands

the marriott is centrally located with excellent parking & spa facilities too

didn't bother us too much but if we still had kids in double buggy it would've been tricky

had our two kids with us, so they used the sofa bed, but the quality of it was terrible - very old mattress and

some room service trays left at our door when we checked into the room
