my only negative was room service came to the door 3x very early and frequently on sunday morning to gain access and

bar area very comfortable for sitting to have evening drinks, and for those who fret about car parking, then worry no more with ample parking with good sized spaces

the kids started sneezing and coughing as soon as the sofa-bed was pulled out

a beautiful hotel lovely location only 1 little problem was there was not a lot of stock in the bar due to being a sunday night we stayed i think but still a nice place staff were helpful and

we had hot food from the snack menu which didn't look too promising but the barbecue chicken, mozzarella sticks & dirty wedges were all really delicious

the hotel also has a built in gym and various games in their front lobby such as pool, table football and a photobooth

superb atmosphere. clean and organised common area. early check in.

we ordered room service for our dinner and i must say for room service meals, it was above our expectations

the bar was very cosy and welcoming

i travelled with young kids and this hotel was a good choice for our family

parking across the street (discounted) with ev chargers

were very friendly and helpful providing an early check in as the room was ready

we took advantage of the laundry service and was fab

everything was clean, the breakfast was yummy and there was a nice bar downstairs

would've liked room service but was able to order food in the bar and take upstairs with us.
