ev charger in the parking wasn't working

clean and had ev charging

kids had a blast at the pool, staff was great, complimentary touches were excellent

nice clean room, pool, gym, great customer service, good breakfast.

the staff were friendly and helpful and they had a peloton bike in the gym.

didn't like that you had to reserve the gym because of covid policies, but we were able to use the gym and equipment

would prefer coffee (or coffee bar for pay) open more of the day

gym was nice

always searching for ice in different floor then gym on different floor to get water

the wifi was very fast and not one problem hooking up out xbox one x so we could have amazon prime and

bar and lounge area was too loud to have a real conversation, but there are plenty of other options

but the guest wifi at the archer redmond isn t compatible with at&t, and the staff/hotel knows it

in the restaurant / bar was a lovely young lady that worked the last shift and served us our wine and first shift the

room service was minimal, and mediocre

you only can get room service every third day only if you schedule ahead of time and only if they have stuff; we

i did not the bar and restaurant being closed

the wait staff in the restaurant and bar were excellent

ample parking, ev charging available, swimming pool, coffee machine, clean rooms, quiet, professional staffs,

convenient location for doing business with microsoft. perfect gym!

the gym is well equipped

loved the bed and pillow! the gym was state of the art! loved working out in it

even includes complimentary breakfast

no pet fee, which made the stay entirely worth it

i am guessing it was low due to the covid restrictions, no pool or breakfast facility however they did offer a cold bag breakfast daily

lodge has a spa like feeling where one immediately feels relaxed

updates were great. room was awesome. spa was great. loved tesla charging

also, i traveled with my dog and they had treats, a doggie room service menu, comfortable bed and food/water bowls setup when i arrived

bar could not make drinks that i wanted

we had bottled water in our room as well, we would have appreciated room service come to us vs

there was about 50 kids running around the halls and hotel over the last two days

the room was pretty nice. i liked the little bistro slash coffee bar in the lobby.

were offered early check in which was a bonus

all of the noise and commotion that i was later told by the hotel staff was caused by a bunch of kids who were in town for a soccer tournament

the fact that my kids love a hotel!

spacious and very bright rooms. 4 (four) free ev charging stations.

breakfast was great and the staff was very welcoming. the pool was open till late 11pm. .

later that evening we decided to use the credit, but the room service delivery fee is $5 so we waited downstairs while it was prepared

gym is a little outdated and the treadmill belt is worn out

the pool is a great size, and the laundry room was clean, perfect for running a mid week laundry cycle

property was so beautiful, we had an amazing view, a bathroom with a tub and standing shower, the pool was clean, the market downstairs was very convenient absolutely loved our stay

my room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering every modern convenience i could have possibly needed

bar was nice and the food was just right, seattle is not the place to walk around looking for food

the building was quite tired for the cost but the laundry trumped this completely.

they have a small children's playroom that is open for kids from 5 am to 11 pm, and that was super helpful
