there was about 50 kids running around the halls and hotel over the last two days

all of the noise and commotion that i was later told by the hotel staff was caused by a bunch of kids who were in town for a soccer tournament

location close to our kids.

loved the bar (just lively enough) and 24hr concession

i was disappointed that there isn't a hot tub / jacuzzi to accompany the indoor pool on site

cleanliness was awesome, pool could be bigger, no hot tub though which was disappointing.

convenient to get to and it was a nice suite with a kitchen, living area, and 2 queen beds with couch bed

gym was very far to navigate and freezing (temp was on 63 degrees and not changeable)

was billed for the services at the spa for someone else

wasn’t the hotels fault, but i had planned to spend my last day relaxing, doing laundry, catching up on sleep and unfortunately there was a police incident and i had to evacuate

kitchen stuff for our room was limited and the pan was in bad shape so didn’t use it, also no

kitchen was fully equipped, which was very useful for your valentine's getaway

i liked the kitchen in the room and how big the room is.very nice staff

the beds are comfortable. breakfast was great. the room was spacious.

having a kitchen area was a bonus in this “eat at home” era which allows us to grab some takeout and eat

kids running up and down the halls after quiet time. also no hot tub.

clean i ordered room service for breakfast and i have forgotten the young man that brought it up to me both times

love that there was a nice little bar and breakfast place inside the hotel

the pool and hot tub were great for the kids to play in and the patio with fire pit and tvs was a great place for us parents to hang out

that i had to pay for the bottle waters and the pool was close for renovation.
