accommodating staff. the room was clean and comfortable. pool and spa were fabulous.

maybe expand that continental breakfast to a bit more.

the restaurant is basically an adjunct to the bar - doesn t feel like a restaurant at all.

nice layout, great location in downtown san jose, all amenities and rooms were top notch - gym and locker rooms are great if you are into that; lobby area had big screen tvs

we were able to check in late our first night there when our planes didn't land until well after 9 pm

it was a great surprise know that the parking has ev charge station (even though it's valet parking) we were able to get our car charged over night
