easy to find, good parking, ev charging stations

we were able to check in late our first night there when our planes didn't land until well after 9 pm

pool is well maintained

room was clean, bed was comfortable, just an 8 minute drive to santana row, and the breakfast had very healthy options

breakfast was pleasant and comfortable. just the warm feeling all around.

didn’t use kitchen but probably is good to have for longer stay

they have room service but no one says anything to the customers

was really friendly text every morning to see how things were going the lounge/lobby bar had great service and excellent

the snack bar was limited to items

just order room service breakfast, continental breakfast is so boring

sushi in the lobby was good and the gym was small but well equipped

easy access to airport with a shuttle and the ability to leave our vehicle.

i called ahead to secure an early check in & everything went smoothly

the pool was great as well as the gym

in the morning and that it doesn’t go till 5 am so we had to walk to the airport at 4am with 2 kids so we didn’t miss our flight

love the pool and the breakfast is alway prepared well and the staff is friendly

the pool was clean and jacuzzi was big enough for everyone to have their own space bar was friendly and

hot tub and pool are amazing as well as the bar

was good the only thing was is we didn't get a chance to use the pool we'll save that for next

the bar in the lobby of the hotel was closed early on friday and closed on saturday night.

airport shuttle is extremely appreciated; simple to book via front desk

staff - the shuttle drivers are terrific - they talk to you during the short ride

this time we didn't use the kitchen but that is a plus

great kitchen setup in room and rolling table and setup/layout to make room feel biggger

after driving for hours with kids in the car i did not want to load everyone up again to get dinner

our kids were bummed

checked in late, so i asked the next morning for a late check out (not realizing it was already a noon

the only thing that caught me by surprise was that if i wanted to check in early they wanted to charge me $30

staff really needs to monitor the noise level of the kids staying at the hotel while attending sports tournaments

appreciated the ev charger

weren’t great, the staff closed the pool area early with no flexibility

wish their was a jacuzzi or that the pool was heated a bit more.

you could use gym as usual which is great in this period
