ev charger only had one lead and was very busy, we only got the car on it once

spa brochure stated that it was adults only in the swimming pool from 9am-3pm but there were kids in the swimming pool at 9

wifi rubbish

the gym/spa opens at 8am and closes at 8pm i would have preferred earlier and later times.

felt the food offer in the champagne bar could have been better, not much on offer for veggies

the bar staff were so amazingly helpful and kind.

room was very clean had everything we needed, perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids

no wifi unless you joined their points system. i thought that was a jip.

noisy neighbours with screaming kids

this allowed for a relaxed flight and our kids were not worn out and

room service was quick, rooms are large, very clean and quiet

food and staff were exceptional and great value for money( kids eat free) reasonable priced ev chargers at the (+)had ev charging facilities

spacious, comfortable and the free meals for kids was a real bonus. great value.

his behaviour was unacceptable and frightened my kids

wifi functional and the speed was fine; though it s a wifi with a login portal so if travelling

clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, helpful staff, nice facilities in the room, fast wifi

location was good, bar and food good, loved the table football

there was a good choice for breakfast, and the restaurant team seemed to have everything under control, despite the high volume

also the connection to the wifi was spotty because of the room location most of the time there was no connection

comfortable and good for gatwick nice meal in the evening good long term parking with payment to the

issues - radiator partially worked and had heaters but resolved next morning and similarly wifi was down but again resolved in morning

it would be a nice treat to have more options for room service at different times of day if desired

moths had eaten a large area of carpet no 24hour room

plus you check in at 3pm, then kids hour at the pool is between 4 & 5

the gym opened late 0730 and the breakfast service started too late for me too 0700

it was not explained that the kids dinner was not included in the package
