pool area is small, so if busy, you may not get a lounger

not a smart tv no netflix only free view, no wifi signal in the room n terrible phone reception

location, plenty of parking on site and a warm welcome upon arrival

there is no gym

the gym is small but perfectly adequate for a hotel wonderful spa facilities

plus you check in at 3pm, then kids hour at the pool is between 4 & 5

we really enjoyed the outside pool area as we had a very unexpected heatwave for two of the days

room was really nice, we booked one room for our group of 5 (2 adults & 3 kids)

- in the restaurant provided great service and helped with our kids indecision

after some thought, we decided there probably were kids banging around, but equally, what we were hearing probably

comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, excellent restaurant service for an evening bar snack and breakfast

the gym was a bonus ud83dude00 and the shuttle bus timetable made it much easier than trying to guess

to dislike even after our long flight got us in a little earlier as front desk saw how tired our kids were can't thank

gave us early check in with no quibble

in restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was very good quality and staff were attentive

his behaviour was unacceptable and frightened my kids

fortunately i can member her name)she showed me to my room and to the gym in person and was really friendly

of a gym/spa club with rooms, rather than a hotel - limited menu

think the outdoor spa and reformer pilates could be included with the stay

though we didn't have the opportunity to use the spa facilities, they looked fantastic
