clean, great parking, easy to get back on the highway but tucked in a nice little area on the water with a high

room service breakfast is only available saturday and sunday and we stayed monday and tuesday

nothing much, really. the location is nice. the free parking is good to have.

thing that could have been improved is the continental breakfast in the foyer was not ideal we would have been happy to pay for a proper breakfast but

was bad: low-value cereals & pastries; choice of tea bags very limited, artificial orange juice gym place is small with very limited number of sport equipment

they also have a shuttle (not sure where it goes as i didn't use it) (*)overall very good. shuttle very good. i d return. only suggestion is drain in tub/shower slow. (+)the shuttle driver hung around until we left baggage claim (+) it was only an 8 minute walk to the white plains hospital and they also offer a shuttle service (+)is great, staff was friendly and helpful, shuttle service from airport was perfect (+) great shuttle service to and from the white plains airport (+)very responsive staff, very conveniently located. airport shuttle to hpn (+)bed is very comfortable, great location in downtown white plains, and the free shuttle to the airport is a big plus (-)only drawback was that i was told the shuttle would pick me up even though i told them the time (i came in late) and was assured it (-)shuttle service was not available past 12am

there is a gym and small inside pool that were open with some covid19 restrictions

was very happy that there was an ev charge station, but only one charger and first-come, first-serve

wifi worked well

over 100.00 dollars worth of room service left in the hallway by the cleaning lady. ..

no breakfast was provided

the restaurant for breakfast, definitely the spa & the pool.

website indicated that there was room service and two restaurants serving meals but when i got there there was no room svc and only

agora spa was sensational

i didn’t like that the pool was closed. i booked it for the pool

i really enjoyed the breakfast selection and outdoor pool :)

the gym good use some more dumbbells and a few machines

the only complaint i had was they advertise a swimming pool and it was closed.

a few guests whom were smoking marijuana outside in the steps near the pool area.

rooms, staff, and the crossings bar and lounge made for a delightful experience

was feeling hungry at night and it was nice to be able to go to the bar at night and order food and watch the baseball game

there kids were jumping in

kids in hotel should have be watched better throughout the evening

one room did not have black or curtains so my kids got up way too early

kids running and yelling in hall way late at night when trying to rest

bar tender was awesome - remembered me and my brother from 2 years ago

rooms are beautiful...very clean. breakfast was great.

the shower was cold one day, the gym was okay - one treadmill didn t work, and the free weights jumped from 5lbs to 20lbs, no 10lb

convenient to the elevator, outside door, gym and bottled water

room service which in reality was a takeaway that was simply inedible - absolute disgrace the room

the breakfast should have to go plates.

breakfast was good and the game room on the second floor was a nice surprise for our group

they do have a rooftop bar that has pretty views, but it does turn into a night club at night

no sponge to clean with in kitchen.
