availability of microwave and place to wash laundry was nice

the fitness center was terrific

the bar had some good local beers and a great bartender

the curved shower bar also made it hard to sty in the tub

site advertised room service was available however i was only notified when i called and specifically asked that

understand there's safety precautions but if a parent doesn't mind the kids in a hot tub neither should day or the parents not about the kids and pull of the pan so the

noise by kids running up and the hallway and no one did nothing about it there was noise saturday night and

way too many kids in pool and hot tub

nice hotel with good facilities. bar in the hotel is good. staff very friendly and helpful.

the bar was over priced and the restaurant worse for the quality in either.

in the corredor with kids and people talking late night , dog barking and kids running in

the pool could have been a bit cleaner.

at the moment with the covid restrictions, no pool, no gym, no breakfast buffet.

i'm also surprised it is still not a full-service breakfast menu and still breakfast in a bag

my wife and i chose to eat in the bar, some staff members seemed inconvenienced that folks were patronizing the bar and restaurant

the spa was luxurious very hygienic and the staff there was excellent

bear mountain inn property is gorgeous and we had easy access to the spa and to the trails

i also enjoyed the bar it was very clean and the staff were very personable and engaging

downstairs i have never seen anything like it i will never stay in that hotel again for my kids were terrified people were running up and down the hall it was a

breakfast was no good need more like sausage eggs writs pancakes beacon

the massages at the spa were heavenly

average, toilet paper is the cheapest available and roll fell off almost every time pulled, mini bar half empty and never refilled in three days, overcharged on final bill with a double charge on

and they have a nice bar outside

thing that could have been improved is the continental breakfast in the foyer was not ideal we would have been happy to pay for a proper breakfast but

was very happy that there was an ev charge station, but only one charger and first-come, first-serve

thinking the restaurants and bars and room service would be open but they where not

great breakfast and room service.

the best part of my stay was the fact i got late check out.

it’s 9pm and we just checked in with 2 devastated kids

if you’re coming here to swim with your kids indoors during the winter months, find another hotel

we needed to have early check in to prepare for a funeral and they were very accommodating

my kids were disappointed the pool wasn’t open, but understood as things aren’t quite back to

wish they offered plant based or vegetarian options for breakfast

large rooms. bed were comfortable. good selection for free breakfast

the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast.
