pool wasn’t heated

pretty soon here just to appreciate the legitimacy of this place now that i know swimming, bar, fitness center etc

that the bar was closed due to the covid 19.

free laundry was an excellent touch

the laundry quarters and also the amazing breakfast that was so delicious

hotel was clean, pool was clean.

we had initially planned on doing it poolside, but it was too chilly

fresh towels only to be told that there were none available and we had the option of using their laundry facilities to wash them ourselves

staff was amazing especially our room service gentleman

loved staying here, pool, food, entertainment was great!

tony at the center bar was great

during covid, the pool and gym are both closed, we received no internet password

the breakfast was good but i wish it wasn t luke warm for some items, coffee in particular.

everything, staff, breakfast, housekeeping, easy to find, roomy parking, spacious rooms

i like everything about the hotel. the only knock would be that the pool is small

my son loved the pool and the basketball courts

hot breakfast needs more options, every day same eggs, same pork, same turkey sausage at the end of the

the mountains -2 heated pools that were perfect temperature -friendly and accommodating staff - late check out was honored -nice park right behind resort property to take a walk in -free

service with smile, breakfast, they had wheelchair, got exactly what i was promised.

like that the gym had a good amount of equipment and that you offered complimentary breakfast

breakfast was nice but if you added hash browns of breakfast potatoes…would be perfect

no courtesy breakfast

there was a kids sports team staying in the other wing

elevator wasn’t working, we were stuck in the elevator, my kids were scared

room we booked for 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids was really tight, we were disappointed that we had so little room

no microwave in the room, laundry machines that dont work, surprise parking fee

the restaurant was only open on the weekend with weird hours and no room service available

room service listed as an amenity but no room service available

only had an ev charger for teslas. lots of smokers smoking outside their rooms.

very thankful for the ev charger not having a time limit

i made use of the gym and hot tub. the sports cafe was nice and good.
