the water park had like 25 life vests which was a joke considering how big the hotel was

poor service, expensive food, overrun by kids

the breakfast was good but i wish it wasn t luke warm for some items, coffee in particular.

easy location, large free continental breakfast which was delicious, courteous staff, cleanliness of rooms, family friendly and spacious

i like everything about the hotel. the only knock would be that the pool is small

my son loved the pool and the basketball courts

parking fees are reasonable, with ev charging available

the ev charger did not work, but i still parked there haha

don t mind not having room service everyday but i do think garbages should be picked up daily and new bags replaced

clean, comfy and had a huge shower that my kids enjoyed when it was bath time

everything and everyone was fantastic. everyone at the spa was awesome.

the spa was dirty every time we went down there and children were in it without parents

the bar staff was super friendly and made great cocktails

i also requested service from the spa and never got a call back

think the parking fee and resort fee because the spa was not open and pool hours were limited

amazing locations wonderful gym, they offer bikes and tennis courts as well

with 3-4 restaurants/bars, a spa and a mini bar there are some plenty of options to use every penny
