they kicked my kids out of the pool because a racist guest made a complaint

nice. very comfortable hotel. great pool.

very clean and had amenities: bar, swimming pool, restaurant, and mini store for snacks.

maybe fresh fruit bar in the morning

the little restaurant and bar had happy hour from 5-7 and it was great

breakfast was very delicious. bed comfortable.

only negative i would give it is the pool didn’t seem to get vacuumed on a regular, daily basis

fresh towels only to be told that there were none available and we had the option of using their laundry facilities to wash them ourselves

hot breakfast needs more options, every day same eggs, same pork, same turkey sausage at the end of the

i believe a golf cart to transport guests from parking lot to lobby would be a wonderful amenity

location, relax, classy, great staff, amazing pool and famous restaurant and bar, safe parking

parking lot had some dark shady spots.

room service breakfast need attention

overall everything was great! staff in front desk and parking lot where super nice and friendly.

clean rooms and excellent staff. also a fairly good little gym room

also, although it's not the hotels fault, but the pool was flooded with kids

it was a little pricey and had to pay extra for parking. also, no complementary breakfast.

elevator wasn t working, we were stuck in the elevator, my kids were scared

like that the gym had a good amount of equipment and that you offered complimentary breakfast

fold out couch gave the kids their own place to sleep

the dryers in the laundry room made the clothes warm, but they never dried

because there's only one laundry machine, i cant do the laundry when it broken

once i helped her find my paid reservation she very rudely had to mention out loud we didnt have room service paid with my package and asked for my deposit

parking card never worked so we had to park outside the hotel on the street and walking with 2 kids

the golf course is awesome, the staff is amazing, and the amenities are superb

the food was sadly inedible expect for the kids meal

the brunch buffet was average but adequate, and bar area still has retro country club feel

we used the verandah and golf grill for breakfast; and the verandah for early dinner

quite a few stairs so not the most stroller friendly but lots of space for the kids to run around on grounds
