the beds were comfy and the gym size was adequate

the gym equipment was not the greatest, some of the machines did not even work

the staff including the shuttle driver were amazing.

was hard to get through to the front desk to book a reservation on the shuttle

guest laundry was very convenient so i could wash my daughters basketball uniform every day and go home

room we stayed in had a full kitchen, good seating options and was clean and easy to come and go as we planned

everything was clean, breakfast was hot and delicious, the bed was super comfy, and our stay was just all around perfect

close to mall of america and train station. also, ev charging was a plus.

we did not use the shuttle, but you could take it to the moa and the airport as well

liked how close it is to the excel energy center also the hot breakfast, friendly staff and easy check

we did not want room cleaning after the first night for a variety of logistical reasons (sleeping kids, getting ready for a wedding during the morning etc)

missed there was no hot tub. nice for adults as pool is used more often by kids.

is 20$ a day, there was a hotel party and a bunch of cops showed up so my kids were scared, that same night our pizza got stolen , they don’t come get the trash unless you

pacesetter sports teams were there, those kids were quite rude and not respectful of the property

bar was terrible i asked for coffee they didn't have any

staff were very friendly, from the front desk, the staff cleaning around the hotel, maintenance, bar staff, always smiling, conversing, offering assistance right away, we felt at home

the property was beautiful! the restaurant and bar were very nice as well.

parts of hue building that aren’t finished the bar is right on top of check in area which is odd restaurant and bar close too
