nice pool

the pool area was clean and the kids enjoyed the hot tub too

the lobby and free breakfast also liked the room flooring and sliding bathroom door

i liked everything... if there was a pool, that would of been even better. lol

also, there are only 2 washers and dryers for the guests, which can make doing laundry difficult

hourly shuttle offered to the mall of america or you can walk quite easily

we sat in the hot tub while our grand kids played in the pool but because of that lift's location, you can not see your kids in the pool

our room was very clean we were a party of 5 and the 3 kids loved the pool

real restaurant, they called an open area their restaurant, and the bar was the same way

clean. quiet even though near airport. shuttle service great and quick pickups.

area—modern and very open but with sub-sections for a lounging/gaming area, restaurant area, bar section etc

was slow to check in or help getting reservation for the shuttle, but were friendly and helpful overall

pool was small and their was no one watching their kids

the only reason we chose this hotel was strictly for the pool and or hot tub and it for sure pleased us

clean rooms. appreciated the shuttle to the airport.
