also, there are only 2 washers and dryers for the guests, which can make doing laundry difficult

anita, the sweet breakfast attendant went above and beyond to help us with our selections

the breakfast room, unlike other hotels, is huge, enclosed by spacious windows and great decor

laundry accessibility, honestly that's about it.

the pool and hot tub were fine, but the area was chilly

the beds were comfy and the gym size was adequate

the pool was pretty small

i liked that the pool wasn't packed with a ton of kids! it was a nice stay

the only reason we chose this hotel was strictly for the pool and or hot tub and it for sure pleased us

front staff and shuttle drivers were exceptional

breakfast was hot and delicious, access on and off interstate was easy, centrally located and staff

close to mall of america and train station. also, ev charging was a plus.

the manager and the shuttle drivers do friendly and polite

there was no bathtub in our room, just a shower and with 2 kids that was unexpected but we couldn't choose a bath in booking it seemed

stressful watching kids fall even when they were just walking

breakfast was awesome

mike in the kitchen made special dishes and made it a point to make sure your food was delicious

they actually had great food at the restaurant, and the bar tender was really nice

pool wasn't open which wasn't posted on their website

laundry was unavailable and i had to find a laundromat before leaving town after check out

pool area's lack of privacy from outside guests

pool area was close along with gym no notice of closing prior to arrival disappointing as we booked
