room service: one staff member made it seem like the gratuity was not included, when i openly asked

booked 3 rooms for 6 adults and 7 kids, received 3 king rooms.

a hot tub, bar needs a dancing area, make sure your soaps are refilled, better coffee and tea

the so-called sun terrace does not really exist. restaurant and bar have very limited hours.
