staff, easy check in/out, great location and view (epcot) clean comfortable good room (-)room service was lacking they emptied trash daily but didn t even fix the beds (-)room service food was mediocre at best. (-) i understand the room service crew has alot to do and they do have a checklist but noticing and checking even the (-)house keeping was horrible each day we had to request room service

employees were rude and to much traffic from golf carts etc through all hours of the night.

also the shuttle is extremely great and takes u many places

the location is great. it allows you early check in.

i like location view of pool. the comfort of like home.

i only have one complaint - our bikinis got really blech by the pool. had to throw it.
