coffee and toast were not served at the table all the facilities well maintained and plenty of parking

room service charge to have a 16 pizza and chips brought up

the staff were very pleasant and helpful, breakfast and meal in restaurant was delicious

restaurant food was lovely and a good bar selection, there was also a psychic night on which was really good

perfect location; friendly staff, good food, nice swimming pool.

the lounge area near the bar was so relaxing and comfortable and again had beautiful views

noisy locals in the bar blocking doors and route in and out although the area was not busy

i didn't want a cooked meal so i had room service of a sandwich and chips and they were presented lovely, not just a sandwich on a plate

as i had help up and down stairs but would ve been a struggle if i hadve been alone with the kids

all good, better if it had a spa but it is what it is

regards to the breakfast, i slept well past those hours but i must say the evening meal i had for room service was perfect in every way

i travelled with young kids and this hotel was a good choice for our family

enjoyed our breakfast, the swimming pool and the staff were extra friendly especially to the kids

had to order breakfast the night before to get 5 discount

clean, stayed here previously with my partner and was taking two younger kids this time to glasgow so booked it knowing it was very clean and suited our needs
