pool wasn’t heated

pretty soon here just to appreciate the legitimacy of this place now that i know swimming, bar, fitness center etc

that the bar was closed due to the covid 19.

free laundry was an excellent touch

the laundry quarters and also the amazing breakfast that was so delicious

hotel was clean, pool was clean.

we had initially planned on doing it poolside, but it was too chilly

fresh towels only to be told that there were none available and we had the option of using their laundry facilities to wash them ourselves

also, although it's not the hotels fault, but the pool was flooded with kids

heated pool

we enjoyed the cleanliness and the comfort. breakfast was good.

hoping the bistro and bar re-open soon. 14$ parking is pretty steep

it was a little pricey and had to pay extra for parking. also, no complementary breakfast.

has a ev charger

there were also some chargepoint ev chargers there

friendly staff, stylish interior design, comfy bed, pool

the dryers in the laundry room made the clothes warm, but they never dried

the gym is gorgeous but closed for the moment

there is no bar here. also no bellman.

spa was green and disgusting

room service i guess due to covid 19, no place in hotel to eat had to go out each time

staff was very helpful also the pool was amazing even in night time

room service missed vacuuming one day and didn't replace the bath mat

plus they have a very good hot breakfast every morning ud83dude03 we will definitely stay there again on next visit to california

pool & gym

everything, staff, breakfast, housekeeping, easy to find, roomy parking, spacious rooms

easy location, large free continental breakfast which was delicious, courteous staff, cleanliness of rooms, family friendly and spacious

i like everything about the hotel. the only knock would be that the pool is small

they gave clean rooms, lots of good facilities such as ev charge, coffee machine, fridge, swimming pool, i will come

only had an ev charger for teslas. lots of smokers smoking outside their rooms.

very thankful for the ev charger not having a time limit

the room service didn't have the items i requested.

poolside restaurant, a lively indoor/outdoor bar but still maintained a fun family atmosphere

spaces in the center of the resort including seating areas, fire tables, grassy areas for kids to play, lawn games, restaurants, volleyball and bocce courts and more

could use better road signage for parking and arrival.

a strong smell of tobacco, but it's understandable because it's a casino/resort

welcoming staff, love the spa feel aroma, clean comfortable rooms and the location was everything

very clean and fancy looking hotel. pool, gym, restaurant you name it, they have it.

thing i found that i did not like was the fact that i did not get to stay longer and enjoy the spa experience

it's quiet, everything new, very clean, very quiet, nice rooms, jacuzzi, swimming pool
