so much easier and soooo much cheaper than driving around, getting lost, trying to find parking and we could have lunch in town with a glass

of parking, staff very friendly, comfortable and clean room

at reception where fantastic and so welcoming, the bar and restaurant staff where also amazing

breakfast was amazing staff are super friendly and receptionist tha checked us in couldn t be

very friendly staff, great with kids. everything was spotless, great food cant fault anything.

wifi wouldn t work

had asked the night staff for a late check out for 130pm to which he said was not a problem however from 9am we had housekeeping

i said the bad bar man you had cocktail list but for some reason he choose not to help bit lazy if u ask

a birthday and the night before i emailed the hotel asking for a free upgrade if available and late check out

the price of the room service pizza, the pizza was tiny

no gym/pool

i mentioned it was our wedding night and requested a couple extras like late check out etc

can take a while to get through to reception for room service but when you get through the staff are

my opinion somewhat later in the day because nobody picked up when i dialled

the bar on the top floor is a hit! wonderful.

was just about perfect had to queue for our breakfast but it was just very busy and we didn’t have long to wait

mattresses too soft no ev charger the rowdy visitors (male, young, drunk) too loud

little further out from belfast than what we were expecting but with plenty of free parking onsite this wasn't a problem

we also went for some light lunch in the lounge bar the next day, which is such a relaxing and homely place to sit and further enjoy the views -

even though we coukd have all fit into the one suggested for kids, one with queen and 2 twin bed

entertainment in the bar / lounge area might have been nice though there was a wedding on so maybe not possible

was fantastic, bar area was clean and tidy and very relaxed

the kids enjoyed the ghost room and the food was excellent
