girls ( granddaughters 21 and 11) are fish so first thing is the pool (+)hot breakfast and pool access area (+)room was comfortable, good breakfast, nice pool and spa, friendly and helpful staff (-)to use the swimming pool and hot tub people in there partying drinking, smoking and then 4 kids under the age of 9 in (+)comfy beds, pool and hot tub, treadmill. (-)section connected to pool area smelled terrible, pool was very cold and hot tub was like warm at best (-)the pool was a bit questionable. the rooms need remodeling. (+)hot tub, pool, free parking, in a nice remote quiet area. (-)cleaned and once i had to argue about that i stayed for 3 whole days never got a chance to get in pool it was over crowded gym over crowded

the shuttle driver was terrible. he yelled at my kids and was a total jerk.

breakfast is always hot and ready, staff is always friendly and helpful and the location is perfect

there was a coin-op laundry room for guests, but only one washer and two driers available

was very nice, everything is clean, there is a lot of parking next to the hotel, there is a nice gym where me and my wife

was really nice and clean like it should and i slept like a baby the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful i will definitely be back to stay

there's a place to print out your boarding pass, and a 24-hour shuttle

the soaps seem like they were old. but bar soap plastic crumbled as i opened it.

gym equipments need to update.

i was wanting a hot tub but there was a nice kiddy pool if you had little ones

close to airport and casino, great restaurants near by as well

the staff/concierge was rude and not helpful and the main reason we came was because of the pool and concierge told me upon checking in after i asked, that the pool was down that weekend,
