nice pool and very clean rooms

our room had a kitchen and a sitting area. the staff was so nice.

the kitchen included an oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle , crockery and utensils

advertise a kitchenette but my room had only a small refrigerator, with a microwave sitting on top of it, next

at the front desk was amazing ,she accommodated us with a pool side room at the last minute and so friendly and helpful

and the staff are welcoming, there is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi with towels supplied, the parking was easy as they have a large area, all amenities are in walking distance, including the

coffee in room every morning even though we opted out of everyday room service

condition, the hotel itself is bright and airy tastefully decorated throughout, there is a large bar that does food and the staff are welcoming, there is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi with towels

complimentary coffee was ok, a mild gripe and the bar of soap was rather tiny

great gym.

i had 4 little kids waiting in the hallway crying to get in to bed while i searched for staff that was just at the

pool and restaurant were closed but it didn't matter

annoyed that it wasn't until i went to check in that they notified me that neither the pool nor spa nor hot tub were working

a gym and pool.

we used laundry room and was perfect as well
