the kitchen was poorly equipped - we needed to request cutlery, a tea towel and a dish clothe

our room faced the casino and highway so wasn't as quiet as i would have liked

i went past the blocked area as i could see preparation was started and i found someone in the kitchen that

kitchenette and floors were a little dirty could have been cleaned a little better

a gym and pool.

we also had a major ant problem in the kitchen that was a nuisance as well

parking lot is bit awkward (and made confusing by fact that there is a second prestige property

applied to all customers at this hotel, which took us by surprise as we weren't travelling with a pet; however

the pet room i booked for our son's family and dogs was unexpectedly nice - sometimes they are of lower

there was an elevator, a very comfortable suite with 2 beds and a separate bedroom, free parking and even

good service and cleaniness. good breakfast service too.

a young man on the staff was kind enough to stop and chat while i was doing laundry

loved the breakfast not thrilled with pet policy but also understand it

that the beer and wine store is not there anymore. the parking lot is a mess.

with the younger kids this isn’t to convenient
