some hotel areas like the gym and kids room looked like they have not been or cleaned in ages

this didn't end up being an issue for us, as the hotel has a fabulous restaurant, bar, pool, and hot tubs, but we decided it would have been a little too dark to try and drive at night

the food was delicious--breakfast would have been better if it had been hotter--need more thermal burners under food

the food is tasty and varied and there is an excellent laundry service

waiter in the restaurant messed up our order for both the evening meal and breakfast
