we found a kids toy in the couch, there was food under the couch that hadn't been cleaned from the previous

need more tables for breakfast.

the water in the pool was so cold.....brrrr. kids and i could not swim in it.

but there’s 3free drinks provided nightly, indoor pool and jacuzzi, outside observation deck, gym, laundry room and we had a great view of arch and river

breakfast was great

only suggestion would be to have the pool/hot tub area open for an extra hour for adults only

hard boiled eggs or yogurt as breakfast options would be nice.

there were no varieties of food but the breakfast was fabulous.

no fitness facilities as room was crammed with various materials

hotel has a really peculiar smell, there was a family with kids and they were running in the hall, screaming, the persons in the next room to us were so loud

we knew about breakfast but didn't realize they had something at dinner time

we only stayed 1 night for an event close by but we used the pool and fitness room

i went in to check on a parking pass & was blown away when they offered an early check in because they had a room ready

when we checked in we requested late checkout and the front desk attendant happily gave us late check out and put us on the bottom

hotel is clean and quiet; nice bar and breakfast options. close to downtown. free parking too!
