we needed more pillows and the staff had no key for housekeeping so one of our kids didn't have a pillow

i went in to check on a parking pass & was blown away when they offered an early check in because they had a

paying for washing laundry seems absurd

i like the free breakfast. the receptionist in the night duty was very helpful.
