we requested early check in due to cardinals/ cubs game

breakfast was amazing

the kick off dinner and the breakfast. the price was good

hot tub. $50 pet fee is high.

both the bar and the breakfast buffet were amazing couldn't have had a better meal in st.louis

room service breakfast order was never picked up so our breakfast in the room was never brought

walking into the beautiful hotel to the room service, everything exceeded my expectations and my standards were certainly fulfilled

every employee i encountered from valet, guest services, front desk, and the sports bar were extremely kind

the staff is so gracious and accommodation; the location right next to the arch; sitting on the pool deck soaking up the great arch view; the complimentary food and drinks; i could go on and on

pool and hot tub area was nice also

also, the gym had new machines and was super clean

i appreciate the self service laundry, though i wish there were more than two washers and two dryers

change machine in the laundry facility

we knew about breakfast but didn't realize they had something at dinner time

we only stayed 1 night for an event close by but we used the pool and fitness room

when we checked in we requested late checkout and the front desk attendant happily gave us late check out and put us on the bottom
