the gym was excellent

require quite a walk from the entrance which is fine if you are a young healthy person without kids

towels, room service ended early, front desk would not pick up phone, nothing in the hotel room as far

room service poor. breakfast served in a box and cold.

the water drainage in the shower is pooling water up whenever used and have asked few times for maintainance

to navigate a lot of stairs/passageways to get to our car/ the laundry/reception etc

we didn't get a chance to get in the heated pool or hot tub

hotel is clean and have everything that you need, the kitchen is complete and the grill is really good

i'm glad it's private rooms and not dorm style, laundry and kitchen available in the basement, breakfast items

make sure to take a dip in the heated pool

walking distance from the main downtown. kitchen was a plus.
