pool and parking a bit too far

the shuttle that takes you to town and picks you up is great.

the hotel provides a free shuttle service to aspen, so you can leave your car in the parking garage

especially the breakfast was a joy

it used to include free breakfast but that stopped during covid

the pull out sofa pulled out to almost touch the fireplace room 530 and there was not enough room to walk

for example, the outdoor pool bar and kitchen were closed the entire week, the onsite restaurant was closed,

overcharged $100 for room service, awaiting refund.

waitress at breakfast was really poor

towels, room service ended early, front desk would not pick up phone, nothing in the hotel room as far

the pool was pretty gross filled with bugs and debris
