to get into the laundry room, with only 1 set of machines
to navigate a lot of stairs/passageways to get to our car/ the laundry/reception etc
the pool and hot tub were so nice even in a cold night in october
room was spacious, comfortable, easy access to pool & ice

love how close to the ski lift it is and that there’s a shuttle to town right by the lift
great breakfast and comfortable bed

the pool table pockets were broken
hot tub, swimming pool, saunas also have made our trip so good
