persons (early 20's) drinking, shouting, using inproper language, so no dinner for family with kids, we needed

a family friendly hotel,one of the staff told off one of my kids for just sitting at the reception area

was rather small and wifi dropped out for an hour or so

there was no room service and the hotel felt dated.

woken up late at night by staff loudly knocking and calling several times on another door with room service

staff was friendly yet a bit flustered at check in, we had early check in requested and it was noted on the

pancake machine went down a treat with kids.

the toaster at breakfast only did one side of the toast !!!

was a bit noisy at night as the kids started the running competition around 11pm one evening :)

from the dinner to the breakfast it was delicious

facilities in room are excellent, wonderful shower, excellent wifi connection, comfortable bed

center was excellent - although like the others on my trip, the swimming pool was designed for a spa experience

but the gym closed a bit too early

waiter with room service was also very pleasant

the concierge was particularly nice and friendly with the kids, but otherwise the staff were overly professional

the pool was freezing!! we couldn t use it and the kids were very disappointed !
