jacuzzi was small (fit 4 at a squeeze) and there was a longish corridor between changing room and pool (mostly

spa was not of a high standard and the leisure facilities was minimal to say the least and in no

exceptional breakfast

location in the town and ample parking at the hotel , staff were very welcoming and friendly

location was easy for all! parking was convenient. we loved our welcome and stay!!

but stand outs were the bar restaurant service, food was good but we had some live irish folk music which made

no residents bar on a saturday night - last time we stayed we had a great auld time in the residents bar and

the food is amazing in the bar and the breakfast one of the best i ve had (get the french toast

for some reason couldn't log on to the hotel wifi in my room.

love the decor..staff were so friendly and a lovely mix of business but would also take my kids

were no elevator to get to our family room so we had to carry two kids, twin buggy and suit cases up stairs

persons (early 20's) drinking, shouting, using inproper language, so no dinner for family with kids, we needed

a family friendly hotel,one of the staff told off one of my kids for just sitting at the reception area

was rather small and wifi dropped out for an hour or so

there was no room service and the hotel felt dated.

woken up late at night by staff loudly knocking and calling several times on another door with room service

due to covid ment i couldn't bring the kids to the pool on the day of arrival as kids are restricted to pre 7

loved our stay and so did our kids

food options for kids there was a wedding party and they were quite noisy until 4am, could hear them from the

pool area was well kept and family changing rooms available (very handy if you have young kids with you) lovely

food was great, wifi worked perfectly and i highly recommend this hotel

only complaint couldn't find the wifi password displayed in the room or at reception

now he did give us a late check out for the inconvenience but that doesn t make up for the price we paid for

spa staff could have provided a better service eg let us know when they were leaving

was lovely, we did think the spa was originally part of the hotel and we could tell from the minute we went down
