for the pool and the pleasant grounds

helpful and kind hosts we arrived early and enjoyed the lovely outdoor pool

considered room - 2 chairs and a table, relaxing places on the property like around the pool even if it's too cool to swim

by the way, their outdoor pool and poolside sitting area is fantastic

swimming pool too

we stayed in the king sized suite, enjoyed the separate kitchen area and outdoor balcony

the room comes with a kitchen sink, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, silverware, coffee machine, knives and dishes

the cheap, plastic one used in a kitchen under a sink doesn't suit the nicely renovated bathroom

nice furnishings with a little kitchenette

the kitchenette is adequate for basic refrigeration, microwaving and washing-up tasks

the bar fridge was in an odd spot on the floor in the room

it will be even better once the lounge/piano bar opens in 2019

hotel was able to give us an early check in

in the quality of room service breakfast, but when we mentioned this at checkout they took it off our bill, so

they have a few pool toys (noodles, balls) for the kids to play with

issue during the stay was that due to circumstances outside the staff's control their fitness centre wasn't available to use

pool and sauna also nice

the location was also great to visit both kitchener and waterloo, and it was a good base to visit the surrounding area, including niagara

dec 23/24 night the go trains stationed beside laundry buildings grew so loud lasted from 3 am till 6 am - i thought there literally was a

new and well equipped modern suite in new high rise condo building in central kitchener location, on lrt line and short walk to downtown

loved the facilities and the gym was awesome

breakfast - i had an avocado toast which was nice but a too expensive for two pieces of toast with

quiet rooms. very clean. comfortable beds. very friendly staff. free breakfast.

people in a nearby room kept us awake at night and kids in a couple rooms near us woke us up early

there is no bar for the evening in this hotel but they do recommend you go over the road to other hotels

food can be a bit limiting, breakfast ends at 10 and no room service in the am
