the pool looked lovely but we didn't get a chance to swim in it due to our schedule

my only suggestion would be to install a small shelf in the kitchen areas, to put the cutlery container

the kitchen area/ room was dated but functional

the pool area was nice and open and even though it was in the middle of all the rooms we didn't hear it

the receptionist was wonderful it sucked that the gym and breakfast room were not available

in addition, the beach and wharf need some attention as our kids did not want to swim, which was also a reason we chose this facility

and it was understandable that the pool was closed due to covid-19

and there was no soap dish (so it sat in the sink nor a place to put one's toiletry kids

also would not accommodate slightly early check in request

she made sure that a hot plate was available so i could cook, and arranged an early check in

turned out it was a family with kids

staff was so wonderful and accommodating we need an early check in and they came through

i enjoyed the kitchen had dishes and utensils to use

booked two family suites with kitchenettes and were expecting stove for cooking capability but it turned out ok when the staff

scenery was amazing, rooms were clean, bar was welcoming

room service, no more coffee offered downstairs

waiting in my room was a chocolate bar and a bottle water

free wifi had a strong signal, bar fridge worked but was a bit noisy throughout the night

gym and spa were closed due to ongoing renovations

the bar only had bc beer and wine i think. no offense intended!

great location. it was a whole apartment, so loved the big living area and kitchen.
