just steps from the boardwalk, great continental breakfast and 24 hour coffee/tea

staff did not accommodate early check in, and breakfast was not ready.

and breakfast, which we didn’t expect, was a great bonus with enough items to choose from

hotel was a easy walk to the boardwalk and the breakfast they have in the lobby was very good

pictures are very deceptive, the pool only goes up to 5 feet and is very small, it’s more of a kids pool

coffee maker did not work,spa upgrade did not meet expectations

additionally, the indoor (open roof) heated pool and hot tub was a delight and great way to relax before bed

the atrium pool and spa are easy to access and nicely heated

we got here early, and neal in the office moved his vehicle so we could park ours in front of the office and offered to keep an eye on the bikes

kids could walk to boardwalk

asked for a late check out so we could drop off our kid at uc santa cruz in the afternoon and the manager

the size of the breakfast room was too small. only enough seats for 5 people.
