out in parking lot, the cheapest soap, towels, tv channels were blurry, bad reception, swimming pool was greener than shrek (disgusting looking), no water machines on premisses, graffitiy on

if you truly want to save water on laundry, give us a place to hang up a towel

the great customer service. the spa was also nice and the room is warm

very patient with me by extending my access key to able to get my belongings from room to their laundry facility and also provided me cart that i really needed-excellent

went out several times, there was a baseball team celebrating and partying for several days, the laundry staff was rude, and only 1 of 3 ice machines was working

went to laundry service and was told i can get towels on a one for one basis if i bring my dirty ones
