like the fact that you can park up a semi truck there it's close to family that's around the

didn't check out any of the amenities, so i can't comment on things like pool, vending, ice machines, or whatever

to eating places,shopping mall, & porto s is across the freeway :) nice & friendly staff - the parking lot is very well lit

unstable wifi, no coffee inside room, no complimentary bottled water and toothbrush

beds are not very comfortable, no pool, no hot tub, and only two outlets in the room.

i needed a late check out and the manager was accomadating.

easy check in with a $5 deposit for the key, room was nice and spa tub was very nice.

and there are no bath tub safety hand bars on the walls from the bath tub

i had a overpriced dive bar connected to it.

the staff was friendly and some day if the bar and pool is opened as it is still under reconstruction it will be an awesone find

i requested a jacuzzi/spa room and they said in email they would provide and then later when it was too late to change

ac was a little too loud, blinds didn't close in the bathroom and kitchen, no basic amenities for cooking and some lady was a bit rude with the parking situation

very patient with me by extending my access key to able to get my belongings from room to their laundry facility and also provided me cart that i really needed-excellent

went out several times, there was a baseball team celebrating and partying for several days, the laundry staff was rude, and only 1 of 3 ice machines was working

went to laundry service and was told i can get towels on a one for one basis if i bring my dirty ones

i highly recommend this hotel, not only for the good parking, great pool area, big rooms, and great facilities, but for its amazing staff

think a short guide or someone to tell us how to use the pool and gym room would’ve been nice
