exchanged bills for laundry but they gave less coins than i gave

the towels did not smell like they were fresh out the laundry and found stray hairs on the towel

i was able to be accommodated for an early check in and the bed was very comfortable

and i was woken up at 6am (day off so i usually sleep in) by kids running down the hallway, but i blame the parents for that

beds were very comfortable and breakfast very good.shuttle service is very convenient.

and the shuttle ride to the airport was easy/efficient

the spa is pretty cool and the ice machine and arm along with the great hospitality is very convenient

staff was very accommodating and the spa tub in our room helped me to relax more than i have in a while

the water stopper for the spa tub was also broken as well so the the tub took longer to fill

not the hotels fault, but i thought there was a breakfast buffet, but it was grab and go.
